Head instructor, Matthew Bourgeois, brings together his years of playing at the high level of NCAA and CHL with his years of developing goalies at all levels. Matthew continues to be in demand because of his proven success in developing goalies.
His approach is centred on feedback. It goes beyond telling goalies what to do, but rather explain why and how. An integral part is receiving and understanding direct feedback from the goalie.
Matthew is an advisor to the OMHA, student in Hockey Canada High Performance 1 (HP1) and a staff writer on the Goalie Guild.
